I’m a licensed therapist and attachment coach, and I help women at every stage—dating, marriage, and motherhood—heal anxious attachment wounds so they can show up in their relationships with calm, confidence, and emotional balance. My goal is to help you feel grounded, present, and spacious—so you can build secure, loving connections with partners, family, and yourself.

No matter what stage you’re in, attachment wounds can show up and make relationships feel challenging, frustrating, or even painful. I’ve seen it in dating, marriage, and motherhood, and I know how exhausting it can feel to navigate life while your own patterns get triggered.

It’s my mission to guide you in healing attachment wounds, developing a secure attachment style, and creating healthy, lasting patterns in all your relationships—so you can feel secure, confident, and connected at every stage of life.

I think my favorite part of the course was how comprhensive it was. I feel like a lot of resources on attachment styles and challenges are focused on just the styles or the tendencies of those styles and often do not focus on how to work through the challenges and I felt like this course actually provides an accessible, realistic roadmap or toolbox to move forward and work towards a healthy attachment style in all relationships.
